The Housing Development Corporation of the North End (HDCNE) located on Charles Street in Providence was established by The DaVinci Center to enhance the quality of living in the area. In particular it focuses on providing affordable housing to low and moderate income people. HDCNE also sponsors First Time Home-Buyers Workshops. |
