All services are available to you if you are 65 years or older, and are covered by insurance or are a private pay patient. Health Consultant Services and Nutritional Evaluations are FREE and open to ALL AGES. |

A Nutritional Evaluation is recommended if you wish to regulate weight or if you are concerned about a specific health problem such as diabetes.
|
|
General screening for diabetes, cholesterol, glaucoma and other health conditions are offered free of charge periodically.

| Services are provided by a Registered Nurse Practitioner along with a Visiting Nurse. For the Medical Schedule at the Center visit the Monthly Newsletter.
